Sanchin Ryu

Sanchin Ryu is a non competitive style Karate taught by Dan Carlton. Sinsai Dan teaches self defense to all ages with a focus on how to handle yourself in dangerous situations.  For more information call the church office at 517-851-7075.

Weight Watchers

Want to look your best for those holiday events coming up? A Weight Watchers group meets in Discovery Island every Thursday night, weigh-in begins at 5:30 p.m. and class follows at 6 p.m.  The weekly fee is only $13, so come and join us!
